Every year Drinks International asks a rotating panel of the world's most respected bars which classic cocktails actually sell the most. The 2025 survey crowned the Negroni four years running, kept the Old Fashioned and the Margarita on the podium, and found room for new entries like the Fitzgerald, the Mezcal Margarita, and the Carajillo. This is the full top 50, in ranking order — the closest thing cocktail culture has to a box-office chart.
