03History
2005 — Milk & Honey, NYC. Ross folded the Gold Rush (bourbon + honey) into Scotch, added ginger, and crowned it with Islay float — 'a cure for whatever ails you'.
Within a decade it was on menus worldwide — proof a modern drink could become canonical on merit, not marketing.
