Kingston Negroni(キングストン・ネグローニ)

Negroni goes to Jamaica — funky rum takes the gin's seat and the whole argument gets warmer.

03History
Created by Joaquín Simó at Death & Co in New York in the late 2000s, when the bar's canon of spirit-swap riffs was setting the vocabulary for a decade of modern classics.
The swap works because Jamaican rum's funk — those pineapple-banana esters — plays the same structural role gin's botanicals do: something loud enough to talk back to Campari.
It's become the standard proof that the Negroni is not a recipe but a grammar.
Origin contested — the entry keeps verified record and received legend distinct.
