03History
Created at La Capilla in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, by Don Javier Delgado — still served with the knife-stir ritual that makes it famous.
It is the Cuba Libre's answer with tequila — simpler than it sounds and better for it: cola, lime, salt, and one bartender's knife.
Origin contested — the entry keeps verified record and received legend distinct.
