03History
A 1970s Italian original by Angelo Cucchi, adopted by the IBA list for its strange marriage: Caribbean rum + Alpine vanilla herb liqueur + sparkling wine.
It's the only cocktail on the list where tiki and aperitivo genuinely meet — the pineapple makes the Galliano behave.
Origin contested — the entry keeps verified record and received legend distinct.
