Background
Published by the Nippon Bartenders' Association — this is the 4th edition, dated 1950 — it shows Japanese bar culture reconstituting itself after the war, with spirits knowledge folded into a single desk reference.
Nakamura was associated with Tokyo Brewing and wrote as an industry authority rather than a bar practitioner. The National Diet Library digitization is restricted to registered users in Japan.
