Yōshu Kongōhō — Cocktail Book

Background

Trained at Tokyo's Oriental Hotel from 1905 and at Kobe's Tōa Hotel, Osaka became the Imperial Hotel's chief bartender in 1919 at the age of 30. Research credits him with the hotel's Mount Fuji cocktail around 1922 or 1923, though the exact date remains unverified.

The book was issued under the Bar Parisian imprint in 1929. The National Diet Library digitization is restricted to registered users in Japan.
